Guiding you to the summit of one of the greatest mountain passes in the world, we’re very pleased to bring you our latest limited edition pOcpac inspired by, and in partnership with, The Col Collective. The breathtaking iconic 2,758m Stelvio in the Italian Alps is hard to beat.
There’s actually a little backstory to the photo featured on this new pOcpac. It was taken well and truly in the thick of one of the most unbelievable rides we’ve yet to witness. Founder of The Col Collective, Mike Cotty, was approaching the final kilometre of the Stelvio with 330km covered of his unimaginable 1000km ‘Road to Mont Blanc‘ ride across 21 mountains non-stop! Mike now spends his time helping others experience the mountains, with premium content from around the world and cycling tours in the French Pyrenees. So if you’ve conquered the Stelvio, or any of the legendary cols, and you want to support The Col Collective then pick up this exclusive pOcpac – available in two sizes – and be the envy of your col collecting friends!
With your smartphone in the pOcpac weatherproof case, you are able to navigate the touchscreen, and the control interfaces of your smart mobile phone. You can even make and take calls, or take a photo with your phone whilst inside this clever case too. However, the iPhone 7’s new solid-state home “button” does not work without skin contact. This renders the phone unaccessible when placed inside a sports armband, a waterproof case or when the user is wearing touchscreen gloves. We have created a workaround to solve the problem for you, which you can find here.
The super-sized Utility iPac measures 120mm x 192mm and fits the new iPhone 6/7 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note and similar size large smartphones.
